Built to Code. Tested for Performance. Trusted in the Field.

Our panels are built to meet the highest standards in the industry, carrying certifications from Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories (NRTL) including UL and ETL. This ensures they meet state and industry requirements for safety and code compliance. We specialize in fabricating a range of panel types, including open and enclosed industrial control panels, explosion-proof panels, non-incendive panels, purged and pressurized systems, and panels with intrinsically safe extensions—each one engineered for specific site and safety needs.

Every panel we build is assembled in-house by our highly skilled craftsmen. Standard features include UV-cured, chemically resistant terminal block labels, heat-shrink printed wire labels, and spare fuses neatly stored in a dedicated fuse box. All HMI interfaces, buttons, indicator lights, and back panels are cut, drilled, and tapped using C&C machines—ensuring precise tolerances and consistent quality across every build.

Our quality control process leaves nothing to chance. Each panel undergoes a complete inspection and is tested for torque specifications, wiring accuracy, and overall build integrity. We validate every I/O point through both ohm testing and live energizing to confirm proper signal transmission to the PLC. Each unit is delivered with a detailed inspection sheet listing the builder, test date, specific tests performed, and the technician responsible—offering full transparency and peace of mind.
