Built by A&E

From Concept to Commissioning

We let our work speak for itself. Take a look at some of the projects we’ve completed across the region — each one built with purpose, precision, and pride.

Magnolia Build

A&E’s Houston production team completed a 480VAC low voltage power distribution building ahead of schedule, delivering it in just 14 weeks—two weeks faster than the tight 16-week deadline. This project showcases A&E’s ability to meet demanding timelines without compromising quality.

West Texas

A&E designed, built, and help commission a 480VAC Power Distribution Building now operating in West Texas. The facility features a 4,000-amp switchboard and multiple variable frequency drives ranging from 30–800 HP. This project showcases A&E’s expertise in delivering complex, high-capacity electrical infrastructure.

Carbon Capture Pipeline Project

As part of a major carbon capture pipeline project, A&E designed and built over 15 low and medium voltage power distribution buildings at its Texas and Wyoming facilities. This medium voltage unit is now en route to support the transformation of a previously uneconomic waste stream into a valuable resource for Midwest ethanol plants.

Bitcoin Facility

A&E designed and built a 10 MW bitcoin mining facility, coordinating with the utility to deliver medium voltage service. The project included installing transformers for both air- and liquid-cooled buildings and developing custom programming to operate the facility. This turnkey solution highlights A&E’s capability in high-power, technology-driven infrastructure.

Wyoming Integrated Test Center in Gillette, WY.

A&E successfully completed a large-scale industrial construction project for the Wyoming Integrated Test Center in Gillette, WY. Spanning over 30,000 man-hours, the facility will support the development and commercialization of carbon management technologies. This critical infrastructure advances global efforts toward achieving carbon reduction goals.

Rail Terminal Facility

A&E provided electrical design and construction services for the upgrade of a rail terminal facility originally built by A&E in the early 2010s. The enhanced facility now includes new boilers and specialized electric heat trace, enabling efficient unloading of waxy crude. This upgrade demonstrates A&E’s continued support in optimizing legacy infrastructure.
