Hank Tanner brings nearly 20 years of industrial experience to his role as President and CEO of Automation & Electronics, including over a decade of leadership within the company. Since joining Automation & Electronics, Hank has held key roles in project management and estimating, steadily advancing through the organization. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and leads the company with a strong foundation in both technical expertise and strategic vision.
Mia Kamboris has been a key member of Automation & Electronics for over three decades, bringing 31 years of financial and operational expertise to the organization. She began her career with the company as a manager in the Accounting Department and now serves as Chief Financial Officer. Mia holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Wyoming and plays a central role in guiding the company’s financial strategy and long-term growth.
Wesley Avent brings 21 years of experience with Automation & Electronics to his role as Vice President of Power Distribution Buildings & Manufacturing. With a strong engineering background and deep industry expertise, Wesley has been instrumental in driving innovation and quality within the company’s manufacturing operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wyoming and is a licensed Professional Engineer in four Rocky Mountain states.
Brandon Juday brings over a decade of experience in the electrical industry—all with Automation & Electronics—to his role as Director of Safety. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming and is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP). Brandon stepped into the General Manager role in 2024 with a commitment to creating a culture of accountability, awareness, and continuous improvement across all operations.
Shawn Meline has worked in the electrical industry since 2001, bringing over two decades of experience and technical expertise to Automation & Electronics. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wyoming, which laid the groundwork for his career in engineering leadership. As Director of Engineering, Shawn oversees the development and execution of innovative solutions that support the company's operational excellence and client success.
Matt Collins brings 20 years of experience in industrial automation and control to his role as Director of Programming at Automation & Electronics. Since joining the company in 2011, Matt has played a key role in leading complex automation projects across the oil and gas, mining, and water industries. Appointed Director in 2023, he now oversees all aspects of the Programming Department, including project execution, team leadership, field technician coordination, and scheduling. Matt’s depth of technical expertise and leadership ensures the delivery of high-performance automation solutions tailored to client needs.
Jim Holder has been with Automation & Electronics and in the industry for over 30 years. A U.S. Army veteran, he completed his apprenticeship through the Wyoming JATC in Casper. Jim is the Master Electrician of record for Wyoming and 12 other states and has served on the Wyoming State Electrical Board for over 20 years.
Colby Woodruff brings 12 years of industry experience and practical expertise to his role as Director of the Midcon Region at Automation & Electronics. Attending Oklahoma State University, Colby has built a strong foundation of hands-on skills throughout his career. He played a key role in expanding the company's presence in the region by leading the launch of new facilities north of Houston, Texas, and continues to drive growth and operational excellence across Midcon operations.
Dane Odde brings over 20 years of industrial experience to his role as Director of Projects at Automation & Electronics. Since joining the company in 2013 as a Project Manager, Dane has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and project execution skills. He holds a degree in Biology from the University of Wyoming and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Dane oversees project delivery across multiple sectors, ensuring efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction at every stage.
Charlie Boroz has nearly 14 years of experience in safety, beginning in the precast concrete industry before moving into electrical safety. He joined Automation & Electronics in 2023 and holds multiple certifications through the International Board of Environmental Health and Safety, including Registered Safety Professional (RSP®), Registered Accident Investigator (RAI®), and Site Safety Health Officer (SSHO®).
