Registering with our site currently allows you to submit RMAs through our website and track the status of repairs in progress.

It also allows you to fill out contact, billing, and shipping information once and select this pre-established account information when filling out RMA information. Depots handling repairs for multiple customers may include multiple shipping and billing addresses and select the appropriate entry for each RMA.

We require a unique name and password combination to establish an account. The name you enter will be used for your default mailing labels for billing and/or shipping purposes. The password you choose is stored using a one-way digest function. If you forget it, we cannot recover it for you. So please use a nice easy to remember phrase for your password. Longer phrases are better. You can optionally supply a hint phrase that can be e-mailed to you to jog your memory if you forget your password.
