The Automation & Electronics' CellTrack is a Wireless Point-to-Point Telemetry System designed to remotely
monitor Cell Site Alarms.
The CellTrak is available in two models. CellTrak 160 has 16 digital inputs and 16 relay outputs. CellTrak 164 adds 4 analog inputs and 4 analog outputs. Both units are housed in a 19" rack mount chassis and are powered by external 24 VDC. The CellTrak System utilizes 900 MHz or 2.4 GHz Spread Spectrum Radios for the wireless connection. The system provides reliable alarming for up to 20 miles with a clear RF Path and high gain antennas.
CellTrak is designed with Automation & Electronics, Inc. off-the-shelf Simple RTU (SRTU). The SRTU is a single board unit that was designed for point-to-point and point-to-multipoint applications where low cost and reliability are required. Please refer to the SRTU data sheet for more information.
CellTrak operates in a master-slave configuration. The master polls the slave for the digital input data. The digital input data at the slave unit is mapped to a corresponding relay output at the master so that a contact closure at the slave will be passed to a relay output at the master. in a like manner, the digital input data at the master is passed to the corresponding relay output at the slave. The net effect is that the data at the slave end is mirrored at the master end and vice versa.
