Monitoring and control operations at large oil production facilities are handled by our Facility Controller.
Our 608C master unit communicates over a 485 network to a variety of independent I/O modules, processes the data, handles
alarms and alarm actions based on sensed values, and interfaces with remote host computers to return this data to operators
for further analysis and action. A local operator interface is also available for stand alone operation.
The unit supports low speed accumulators, direct turbine meter inputs, pid control modules, and AGA-3 gas flow
calculations.

Applications include tank battery monitoring, compressor station monitoring and control, oil production facility
monitoring and control, and automatic well test.

The FWC regulates pressure and accumulates fluid flow at the wellhead.
It prevents freeze up problems from rapid gas expansion while optimizing production flow. Step rate and step pressure tests
provide well diagnostic information.
Support for a control valve and an emergency shutdown valve is provided. Manual overrides of valve position are
permitted.
Support for Wedge Meter® and Coin Meter® Flow Measurement for H2O is provided.
The unit can be solar powered.
A version of our flowing well control software has also been ported to the SCADAPack controller. More information can be
found on our LP_FWC Flowing Well Control product brief.

The AEPOC 2100TM
provides monitoring and control for rod pumps and can report system conditions to a central host computer.
The pump off control algorithm provides basic fluid management. When combined with variable speed drives, advanced
algorithms can keep the unit pumping at a lower speed instead of stopping the pump at the pump off point. Either method
minimizes wear and tear on the production equipment and improves reliability.
When combined with centralized host systems, the AEPOC 2100 provides dynamic well performance information to the analysts
to optimize production further. Centralized alarm reporting also optimizes the time of field personnel.
The AEPOC 2100 works with a wide range of end devices including polished rod load cells, strain gauges, position switches,
potentiometers, and damped and undamped inclinometers. Our many years of experience in the pump off control industry have
allowed us to tailor our controller for maximum production even with poorly performing end devices. If safety is a sensitive
issue at a site, then an equipment protection mode can be used to be more aggressive in halting the unit in the case of
problems.
Zap-StixTM provide analog input
protection in lightning prone areas.
Our new AEPOCTM EZ-Viewer makes
local setup, monitoring, and analysis of the AEPOC 2100 a breeze.

The WAG controller monitors and controls the
injection of water alternating with carbon dioxide at the wellhead.
Flow control with pressure overrides are provided. Pressure fall-off, step rate, and step pressure tests provide detailed
performance information about your process.
Options:
- The Fast WAG option allows fully automated injection with interlocked valves.
- The
BWAG Bailey Replacement Kit option retrofits an existing 19" rack
mount Bailey INFI-90 WAG unit. It comes with a hinged rack mount panel, wiring harness, instructions and wiring diagrams for
easy installation.
- Our
LP_WAGTM is a port of our
popular WAG firmware to the Control Microsystems SCADAPack® LP hardware.
- Our
WAG350TM is a port of our
popular WAG firmware to the Control Microsystems SCADAPack® 350 hardware.
The WIC-II option is available when only water injection is
desired.
- The WFM option provides only water flow monitoring.
Support for a control valve and an emergency shutdown valve is provided. Manual overrides of valve position
are permitted.
Support for direct turbine meter inputs and Wedge Meter® or Coin Meter® Flow Measurement for CO2 and
H2O.
The unit can be solar powered.
