October 2005 (Casper) Web site updates...

This update of the web site provides mostly cosmetic changes.

There is a new software products section.

All pages validate under the Transitional 4.01 HTML specification at http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd.

We have tried to design it to be friendly to most recent generation browsers and to degrade gracefully for older browsers. It has been tested with Internet Explorer 6, Firefox 1.0.6 , Mozilla 1.7.10 , Opera 8.02 , Konqueror 3.4.2-1.0 , Safari 1.2 .

The site looks and acts the same for all tested browsers save Internet Explorer. There are a few nice menu features that don't work in IE yet since it doesn't implement enough of the W3C CSS standards. We are currently omitting this code from what is transmitted when IE browsers are detected to give them a slightly faster page load time.
