Our server automatically records the host name or IP address for each connection, the date and time of the request, the page requested and the access mode, the referring page, and the identification information sent by your web browser which may include identification about your browser software and operating system. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web pages and provide a better browsing experience.

When you access the registered user's section of our website for communicating with us, getting RMA numbers, tracking the status of your repairs, etcetera, we use a temporary cookie for additional security during the session and to prevent needless logins on each page. This cookie expires two hours after your last access to a secured part of our site. If you are filling out an RMA form or updating your settings, be sure to finish the process within that two hour limit or you'll have to log back in and start over.

Registered users also receive a cookie used to configure the web pages to a few of their preferenes. This cookie has a longer expiration date. If you don't log into the registered user section for an extended period, the cookie will expire and the website will return to its normal appearance. Cookies are not used for any other purpose.

We do not partner with and are not affiliated with any advertising agencies or ad server companies.

Our contact page has an optional e-mail field. If you fill this in, it will be included in the e-mail sent from the web server to company personnel. The message you send may be forwarded to other employees in the company who can answer your question or take care of your problem. This is currently the only use of a website supplied e-mail address that we make. There is an opt-in option on the form to allow you to specify that you would like to be kept informed about our products and services from time to time via e-mail should that feature be implemented in the future. This is off by default. You must explicitly opt-in.

If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will currently only receive the information you have requested at your address. As with the e-mail, an optional opt-in for advertising, Christmas cards, and other corporate news is provided for future use. This is off by default. You must explicitly opt-in.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line may receive telephone contact from us with follow up information about the concern, question, or request for information they have contacted us about. As with the other forms of communication, an opt-in option is provided to request calls from us regarding new products and services or upcoming events in which we feel you may be interested. This is off by default. You must explicitly opt-in.

If you have opted-in for e-mail, postal, or telephone updates and find that you no longer wish to receive them, please update your preferences using our contact form, calling or writing to us. The preference settings are updated to corporate staff periodically and distributed to sales personnel. If we haven't gotten the updated preferences distributed and you need immediate service, let us know directly. Our address and telephone numbers are found at the bottom of the above contact form. Please provide the e-mail address, postal address, or telephone number that you would like to have removed. Any removal requests will be acted on promptly.

The contact form itself runs on a secure connection. The password on the contact page is only stored in digest form on our server. We provide a password hint field that is e-mailed to your supplied e-mail address on request if you have forgotten your password. The password hint is not otherwise available. If you haven't provided an e-mail address and password hint, we can't help you recover your password. Just pick another password and continue.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically or contact us directly.

Upon request we provide site visitors with a description of information that we maintain about them. Contact information is provided with that information for correcting any errors that are found.
