Titles are a generic spot for holding extra information about your name. The software will put most of the titles in the proper spot, but if we don't get it right, let us know. Some titles that we automatically put at the front of the name include

Anything else will generally get dumped at the end of your name in mailing labels. So if you are a Professional Engineer, for example, you could use PE as the title and it will get added as Your Name, PE. Other professional degrees could be added as needed, separated by commas if you so desire. A title of MD, FACS FASCRS would become Your Name, MD, FACS FASCRS for example.

If you have something you want to have on both sides, separate it with a semicolon and we'll split it accordingly. This is handy in the current days for some uncommon first names to allow you to specify a Mr/Ms and a position or job function at once like Mr;Shipping Agent to end up with Mr. Your Name, Shipping Agent as the result.
